Personality and IQ tests
I like taking personality and IQ tests. It's enlightening to get some kind of external indication regarding how your mind works, and it's nice to find out that you're almost as smart as you think you are. The following results are from rather dry and serious tests, but I do enjoy taking all sorts of strange tests (according to this one, I'm 67.8% pure :)).
According to this IPIP-NEO test (I chose the short version), this is me (condensed from a lengthy report):
"Your score on Extraversion is low, indicating you are introverted, reserved, and quiet. You enjoy solitude and solitary activities. Your socializing tends to be restricted to a few close friends.
Your level of Agreeableness is average, indicating some concern with others' Needs, but, generally, unwillingness to sacrifice yourself for others.
Your level of trust is average. Your level of morality is high. Your level of altruism is high. Your level of compliance is average. Your level of modesty is low. Your level of tender-mindedness is average.
Your score on Conscientiousness is average. This means you are reasonably reliable, organized, and self-controlled.
Your score on Neuroticism is low, indicating that you are exceptionally calm, composed and unflappable. You do not react with intense emotions, even to situations that most people would describe as stressful.
Your level of anxiety is low. Your level of anger is low. Your level of depression is low. Your level or self-consciousness is high. Your level of immoderation is low. Your level of vulnerability is low.
Your score on Openness to Experience is high, indicating you enjoy novelty, variety, and change. You are curious, imaginative, and creative.

According to this Jung Typology test, I'm a well-defined INTJ.
If you know of any good (and free) tests, leave a comment! I'm always up for a new test.

No kidding for sure. People like you are rare, and it's nice to meet someone with your qualifications. :)
I test as an ESTJ.
Nice to meet ya!
Dear God, no! Uber-Christian Republican = evil, vile, etc..
That's somewhat me. In the tests I took, one resulted in ENTJ, which indicates that the S is borderline (the T and J, especially the J, are very strong.) I related a little more to the ENTJ. I used to consistently test ENFP all my life -- the change is actually quite shocking to me.
Just to let you know -- on my blog -- now that I know you're from Sweden, I think it's completely understandable why you thought clerical referred to the clergy. Your English is excellent, but it's probably not your first language, and making an error in a subtlety like that is inevitable. I sorta speak French; I'm not anywhere near fluent, and I rely on Babelfish to translate words I don't understand and then try to make sense of whatever Babelfish spits out. LOL
You have an amazing understanding of American politics, which is probably more accurately reported abroad than in the totalitarian system we now live in. Let's just say people are starting to refer to our president as "King George" and fly the American flag upside down. It's not that we don't care -- the majority of Americans hate their government. The guy in office has set things up so he can pretty much do anything he wants, however, and Congress, the only people in a position to stop him, aren't.
It's a VERY sad situation over here.
We also don't hate the world, although we're very aware that the world hates us. Yes, we have our share of jerkoffs, and our military isn't helping matters, from what I understand, but I come across assumptions about the American people that are just untrue. Even some English and Canadian people are accusing us of hating them, when nothing could be further from the truth.
One journalist recently wrote an online article about being investigated by the FBI because someone caught him reading an article that the government considered subversive. What was it about? Exposing Fox News as a propaganda machine for the GOP, same as you've done here.
That oughta tell you a lot.
I don't think for a second that Americans hate the world, and I certainly don't hate the USA—I have plans to move to either NYC or somewhere in California, someday. It's a pity that your current administration does hate the rest of the world, though. Your monkey in charge seems mostly clueless as to what goes on around him. But, as they say, this too shall pass. I hope you manage to help your fellow Americans reach enlightenment, so that they vote for change when the time comes.
